About This Place

Nestled in the heart of Tulsa, Yang’s Restaurant delivers an authentic and flavorful journey into Asian cuisine that delights the palate and comforts the soul. Specializing in Hmong and Southeast Asian dishes, Yang’s has quickly become a beloved culinary gem for locals craving both traditional and innovative flavors.

As soon as you step inside this cozy yet immaculate space at 11690 E 21st St, you’re welcomed by a warm atmosphere where friendly staff make you feel right at home. The restaurant’s unpretentious setting allows the vibrant colors and enticing aromas of the kitchen to take center stage, inviting diners to savor every bite in a relaxed environment.

The menu bursts with standout dishes that showcase an artful balance of texture and flavor. The Stuffed Chicken Wings are a definite must-try — exquisite morsels filled with the same savory ingredients found in their perfectly crisp Egg Rolls. These wings deliver a luscious combination of juicy chicken and harmonious seasoning that keeps you reaching for more. Elizabeth, one enthusiastic guest, praises not only the wings but also the house-made chili sauce that adds a spicy kick, brilliantly complemented by a sweet sauce that elevates the egg rolls to new heights.

Other highlights include the tender and crispy Pork Belly served alongside fragrant Fried Rice, savory Sausage paired with the unique purple sticky rice, and flavorful Rice & Stuff Wing meals that leave a lasting impression. Leslie Pinto sums up the experience well, lauding the generous portions and the impeccable cleanliness that makes dining here a joy.

Beyond the mains, the Tortilla Soup and comforting Chicken Pho offer satisfying warmth and freshness, particularly when accompanied by the restaurant’s self-serve station of crisp, fresh vegetables. This personal touch is a favorite of regulars like Snail Orion, who appreciates the consistency and care Yang’s puts into every bowl. For those with a sweet tooth or thirst for something unique, the menu features refreshing beverages such as Thai Tea, Nab Vam, and Boba, perfectly rounding out your meal.

What truly sets Yang’s apart is the genuine hospitality paired with bold, authentic flavors. Whether you're a seasoned fan of Asian cuisine or exploring these tastes for the first time, you’ll find yourself returning to discover more delights. Even robust appetites are thoroughly satisfied, as James Crabtree’s leftover photo humorously attests — showing just how generous and fulfilling the portions are.

In summary, Yang’s Restaurant is a shining example of authentic Asian fare done right, offering a flavorful adventure that is both consistent and heartfelt. Its combination of thoughtfully prepared dishes, warm atmosphere, and attentive service ensures it stands out in Tulsa’s dining scene. For those seeking a unique taste experience that combines tradition with innovation, Yang’s is a destination not to be missed.

I was introduced to this restaurant at a Tulsa Remote event, and the stuffed wings were an innovation I had to revisit. The food is fantastic and service is very friendly. Restaurant atmosphere is simple and very clean. The fried rice, stuffed wings, sausage, and egg rolls are all very good, and I look forward to trying more items next time. My only complaint is the pricing of the food, which means I will not get to eat here as frequently as I would like.

I ordered the stuffed chicken wings with purple sticky rice and eggs rolls. I've had my fair share of asian cusine and this beats everything I've tried here in Tulsa. The chicken is stuffed with the same ingredients that are in the egg rolls. Their chili sauce has a delicious spicy to it and their sweet sauce pairs very well with the egg rolls. I will be back again soon. They do have plenty of seating and the restaurant is very quiet.

Yang’s food is the best Hmong food I’ve had, second only to my momma May. You cannot beat their pepper. What I love most is the self serve fresh vegetables allowing you to get exactly what you’d like to add to your soups. It’s perfect. Portions are very generous and the food is always consistent. Absolutely love the ladies too.

This is a traditional Hmong food restaurant, and they also serve a great bowl of Pho! The soup base was on point with other Vietnamese restaurants I've been been to, with a fresh veggie tray for your soup and the normal fixings! Great job, I would recommend for your traditional Hmong dishes as well and the stuffed wings and sticky rice!
